Ressorts Foster Springs ltée ("Foster Springs") runs the ressortsfoster.com and fostersprings.com websites. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

When you send a quote request or a purchase order, we receive your name, company, email, phone number, address, the part specifications and the files you attach. We collect nothing else through the site.

Our web host processes visitors' IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.

Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure visits to the site: pages viewed, where visits come from and the type of device. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, and Google can process this data outside Quebec. Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set. How we use it

We use this information to prepare your quote, process your order and reply to you. We do not sell it.

Service providers and hosting

Our web hosting and email providers store requests on our behalf. They can process them outside Quebec, with equivalent security measures.

Retention

We keep a request for as long as we need to answer it, fill the order and meet our accounting obligations.
